Etere Interface AVID

Etere Media Asset Management and Etere Media Manager now interface with AVID. The AVID interface is available as a charged add-on feature to all ETERE Systems.

The integration developed by Etere includes both, an Avid DHM interface and the Avid webservice interface; allowing to archive and restore interplay content in Etere MAM and Etere HSM, even from inside the AVID’s environment.

Etere has implemented a block action, available since Etere 19, to integrate avid Interplay systems with the overall Etere workflow using Avid API.

The AVID interfacing is available as simple Blocks that can be included in Etere Workflow to implement any custom workflow in few clicks.

Additionally, there’s the capability of adding Etere HI-RES Transcoder into the Etere workflow to allow an “ANY to ANY” format compatibility as well low-res browsing capabilities for Etere MAM.
