Network administrators may use the information provided here to configure the firewall in order to ensure the safe and easy upload of logs.
The automatic upload of logs reduce the time needed to troubleshoot.
Etere owns the following ftp servers:
• ftp.etere.com - 118.189.127.58
• ftp.sgy.tv - 118.189.185.148
• ftp1.etere.eu - 2.115.69.169
The above addresses are connected to the different ftp servers.
All Etere software is able to detect and find these ftps by both DNS name and IP address. Therefore, the firewall must be open for ftp protocols to connect to those servers only.
